The oil change was complimentary. It only took 20 minutes for service to be completed. All the workers were professional.

Wow what a difference! Excellent service! The Air Bag light came on in my car about the same time a recall came to me. I had a horrible experience with the closest Jeep dealership to me. A friend recommended Park Chrysler Jeep. I went there today to have the air bag light recall work done. I was met at the service door by my worker. He did warn me that there was a chance that the recall work item may not fix the problem and that work would not be covered by the recall. My service dog and I were treated like royalty by the staff--and patrons. The work was done within an hour and a half. However, the airbag light didn't go off. Park Jeep service department didn't have the parts available today to fix the problem. However they gave me an estimate. They were also not upset the I didn't make a return apt with them. Nor were they upset when I told then that I usually use my local mechanic for all non warranty work. The receipt had the recommended work listed and the parts needed so that my local mechanic could get the parts and service done.

This dealership has my business! Other than Chilson's in Wisconsin, I have never had a dealership actually looking out for the interest of the customer. Park Chrysler Jeep has that home town feel of trust and pride in their work that is lacking in the MSP/STP metro area. They are personal, professional, do quality work, HONEST, and responsive. The staff fell in love with my service dog and treated us with respect. I highly recommend you for anyone with a disability and especially those of use with service dogs. I made an appointment because the check engine light came on. Upon making the appointment I informed what code the check engine light had at Auto Zone. After waiting for an hour or so in the waiting area they told me they did not have the parts to fix my car because the last hoses went on the car in front of me. I agreed to come back on Monday after missing part of work on Friday to get the work done. I asked if I could have a rental car ready for me Monday morning because I would have to get to work. The rental car was not ready and I had to wait another hour for all that paperwork to be complete. When I picked up my car that evening there was a large crack in my windshield. I didn’t notice it until leaving the lot but I did not have this crack upon dropping my vehicle off.

Water pump went out on my van along with other minor things covered under warranty. My biggest complaint would be how they left my van, rather dirty, grease on the door handle inside and more. They had the van for several days too. When I stated that the van was dirty, their comment was they dont clean the vehicles, they just fix them. (Rude) I wrote an email to the service department and they corrected the wrong with a voucher for a free detail, which I haven't used yet.

They get you in and out quickly. They are genuinely concerned about your vehicle and they are very efficient.

Their prices are usually reasonable. He is very flexible and I can drop in anytime I want. He will tell when he expects to get it done and he always on time. He does really good work. He keeps to the price quoted. He will call and say he found something and asks if I want him to fix it and he is very professional. The price was less than what they originally said it would be.

We went to Park Jeep to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we saw on line. It was still in the lot. We lingered out there for a while looking it over expecting someone to come out to ask to assist. No one did. We went into the building and waited there for about 20 minutes. The one salesperson was busy with another customer. Another employee came in and talked to the salesperson, smiled at us and walked out. I will probabaly go back there in the future because I like Jeeps, but in this case we bought one elswhere.

Everything went fine - good, timely service.

Still a more time consuming process than I would like, but I got what I needed.

I had my vehicle at another local Jeep dealer that I was not as confident with, after speaking with a good friend, I was referred to Kevin at this location, who in turn referred me to the Service Manager, Ryan, at this location. He was EXCEPTIONAL. He was helpful, respectful, transparent, etc. I was kind of a difficult customer, only in the fact, that it had taken over a week to obtain services through my warranty and I had become frustrated at the delays from my warranty company. The service provided by Kevin and Ryan were outstanding. I am BEYOND pleased and would recommend this location to anyone with a Jeep or Chysler that needs honest and pleasant service.

The price they charged me was really good. They are very professional and quick in their work. I call ahead and take an appointment with them.

They were very good. They were friendly. After they had finished with their work they called us few days later to see if we were satisfied.

We have not had a good experience at Jeep. We had an oil change done and then next day oil had leaked all over our car. This was covered by insurance to fix, but it seems suspicious that the leak occurred the very next day. Jeep did not clean up the oil that was all over, but left our car smelling like oil for weeks. We are now having a problem with the same thing being broken again, less than a year later. They are covering our insurance deductible, but this took a lot of arguing and complaining. I question the quality of their work. It is not very timely. An oil change sometimes takes almost two hours. We also had a light that was broken. They removed the light and told us it would cost $80 to fix. We chose not to at that time, but brought it back a few months later and asked for that service to be done. They then told us it would be over $300 to fix the light instead of the original estimate of $80. I don't feel like I can trust their service.

My experience with the sales department was quite good. I particularly liked the service manager they have there. I will definitely continue to use them to service my car.

Went well, took a bit longer than anticipated, explained everything to me very clearly and gave me choices.
