 + -1 moreIt went very well. Chip took apart my deck and patched the rubber membrane that was leaking. He used a very effective repair method with patches and a special bonding agent, so I didn't need a whole new rubber sheet. Chip also undertook the difficult yucky job of removing an old rotting pantry. He did a wonderful, thorough job.
Description of Work: Chip is a general contractor who does additions, remodels, siding,roofing, flooring, etc. For me he repaired my deck after discovering why it leaked. He also removed rotting shelving in a pantry under my front steps.
