NORTH STAR SCREEN SYSTEMS

This company, under a previous owner built a screen enclosure for my patio. The quality of the enclosure was very good and all was well the first few months. Winter came and shifted the frame so that it was no aligned properly. I call the previous owner and he had his crew come out and repair it. This is all good. However, the next winter the same thing happened and in addition to the porch being out of alignment, the screen was torn in several places. I called the company, now a new owner, and asked if they would come back out and repair the enclosure. The new owner did come out, promised me he would be back, but never showed up again. After a few phone calls and emails to the company I received an email from the new owner telling me he wanted to wait until Spring to come out and that I would be first on their list. Spring came and no communication from the company. I've called and sent many emails this year and still have not had a response. I did recently propose that they come out first thing in the Spring of 2013 to get the work done. I have heard nothing from the company. I'm not even sure this company is still in business. I am now planning to look for a company that repairs screen enclosures so I can get it back to its original quality
