New Frontier Lawn Care

It was done exactly how supposed to be done as they have been done for years for us. I don't know how to compare them to other companies because we haven't used another company so I don't really know where to start except they've always done good work for us. They pay special attention to when the rain is coming because it helps to know that kind of stuff when they apply the fertilizer so it helps to know when the rain is coming, they kind of work around the weather schedule to keep tract for the products they put on. They don't want it to wash away.

As the reviewer stated last year, a statement is included on the bill that service will continue unless you cancel.    When I called and said I wanted lawn service I informed them that I wanted to be home during the application.  The technician phoned once and left a message but we failed to connect before he showed up.  It was just luck my husband was home when he came.  They have a specific technician assigned to an area so it sounds like we will always be dealing with Brett.  Perhaps we can establish a good working relationship with him.     So far so good, we shall see how it goes.

I contacted them for an estimate, and Dave got back to me with that within a few days.  He made it clear that I didn't have to sign up for continuing (periodic) service - though, of course, they'd like me to.  He said he'd be spraying in the next week, and he did so.
I did have a couple of small concerns about the actual spraying:  One was that he started quite early (seems like it was before 8 am) and I thought the neighbors might be upset - though no one ever complained to me about it.  My second concern was that the spraying was done on a day where it drizzled all morning, then rained heavily that afternoon, so I was afraid that it wouldn't do any good.  However, I decided to wait a week before calling for a respray - and as it turned out, the first application did the job. 
We later received an invoice that indicated that we would be automatically signed up for continued service - but if we didn't want that, we should call them.  Since our house is being sold, I did call to opt out of that.  They were very nice and said they would note that on our account.  Based on my experience, I would use New Frontier Lawn Care again, and would recommend them to others.

Our lawn looks great. They did a good job and are responsive and prompt to address your concern. We would continue to use them.

They did a great job for me. I've had lawn service before where hey sell you the 5 or 6 treatments, they will come for the first time in March, when there is till ice and snow on the ground. They do not do that, which I am really happy about.

So far, I have been very happy with their work this summer.

They turned our lawn around after a previous company was under-feeding the lawn and it looked terrible. We noticed our neighbors' lawns looking much healthier who were using New Frontier and we switched and have been very happy. Scott always calls the day before he comes, which is a great convenience, as we have a dog and the advance notice is appreciated. He is always very friendly and answers questions readily. I love the service they provide for in-between regular treatment weed treatments--they are always very responsive and will come out within a day or two of a phone call.

He sends a notice before he is going to come in the mail and then will call the day he is coming to confirm. When he is here, he is very efficient, polite and personable.

Jeff was very friendly and easy to work with. I was having a complete makeover done to my backyard and I needed to coordinate time lines with many people. Jeff was on time and responded to my concerns promptly.
