THE PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY IS THAT THEY''RE INCOMPETENT. THEIR TRUTH IN LENDING STATEMENT GAVE A NEW MEANING TO THE WORD ''TRUTH''. UPON ARRIVING AT THE CLOSING, WE WERE TOLD BY THE CLOSING AGENT THAT ALL PAPERS WERE NOT IN ORDER AND WE WAITED 3 HOURS FOR THE CLOSING TO BEGIN. THE CLOSING COSTS WERE SUPPOSED TO NET TO $0, BUT INSTEAD WE OWED $1000. PROBABLY NOT INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE, JUST INCOMPETENT.
