Mitchell Brown (goes by Mitch), is encompasses every ideal trait you'd expect from any seasoned realtor. He can navigate you thru all of the nuances of real estate while buying a home. I was a second time home buyer but it was the first time buying a home by myself and he patiently stepped me thru each part of the process without rushing me into any decisions. He understands that buying a home is a big undertaking for anyone and doesn't push the buyer to make any decision that he/she is not 100% comfortable with. I saw several dozen homes across a couple of months with him and he stood by me thru this tedious process. Even after closing, he is very responsive if I have additional questions and helps beyond what you'd expect a realtor to do. What set's him apart from other realtors I have dealt with is that he genuinely wants to not only do his job well but to make a difference in his clients' lives. His business grows by word of mouth because of how ethical, human and humble he is. In fact I was referred to him by a friend who gave a similar review of her experience working with him.
