MIRACLE METHOD SURFACE REFINISHING

We had our tub refinished. The overall quality was ok, a number of imperfections but not terrible. It was definitely overpriced for a simple bath tub refinish, and for $850 I would have expected much better. The reason I have given an F is because of the really sloppy caulking that was done when the project was completed. This is at the front of our tub and is very noticeable when walking into the bathroom. I requested they come back to fix and they refuse to do so. Very poor customer service.

A two day job, he arrived on time, was pleasant to deal with and cleaned up when the job was finished.

Looked good, but there wasore rust than I thought so really paid for nothing.

All appointments were kept very professional. The work estimate of cost and the amount of time to complete the project was accurat. NO Hidden problems, or costs.

He arrived on time, and completed the work quickly. It was a smelly project and I worried about the ventilation for him with only a fan going and his protective gear. He closed the door so the entire house was not exposed. The end result was very satisfactory.

customer service was helpful and gave quick replies, I had to change the original date because I wasn't ready as planned, and created no problem. The day of work the technician showed up on time and the whole thing took less than four hours as stated.
The tub looks brand new, and I didn't have to pull it out and replace with a new lower quality and likely tough to match dimensions tub.
cost is about the same as buying a new tub, but no hassles with removal and new installation.
Leaving the existing tub in place also allowed us to work and put in new tile without having to worry about damage, because we did the resurfacing after tiling and painting...
You do need to wait at least three days befor using and the recommendation is to wait two weeks, which is what we did as we have a second bath.
I would recommend this to anyone

They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. It really improved the appearance of our kitchen countertops and was much less expensive than replacing the countertops.
It is a messy smelly process so you might want to consider staying someplace else for a couple of days while the work is being done.

From start to finish they did a great job. They vented the house, cleaned up after themselves, covered all ereas to protect from over spray

Quick and painless (a little stinky). Was done start to finish in 3 days.

I was very pleased with him because my tub was looking old and terrible and now it looks great. It went very well, they were very professional. It took two days. It looks very good! I would recommend them to someone else.

The refinishing was great! He was very respectful in our home and put down drop cloths to protect our carpet. He was thorough in every step of the process. The taping of our bathroom interior was also very well done. He was willing to explain what he was doing whenever I popped in. The window fan did a great job of drawing out toxic vapors. The drawback was the tub drain re-assembly. Loren removed the drain prior to the refinishing, and when it was re-assembled, it wasn't done right. The next day, we had a sheet of water pouring into our downstairs bathroom. Fortunately, we had another handyman there working on replacing our old tub surround, so he replaced the drain assembly, which cost us extra. The handyman sent Loren a letter explaining the extra work he did. Loren agreed to reimburse us, but I had to call several times over the next two or three weeks before we actually received the check in the mail. The check was legitimate, though, so we are reimbursed and content.

He showed up when he said he was. Did the work he was supposed to, and everything looks great.
