The reception was abandoned. I walked through the showroom and found the owner, Brian, speaking with a business associate. He asked me to return to the reception desk and sign in and someone would be with me. I waiting ten minutes for someone to see me while listening to Brian carry on his conversation with the vendor. He never even paused to call anyone to help me. There were a half dozen cards of sales associates displayed at the reception but the place was abandoned. Growing impatient I returned to where Brian was having his conversation and was ignored. After several humiliating minutes just standing there he addressed me again with disdain. I told him I'd call back when it wasn't so "busy". Apparently, the customer means nothing to Midwest Home Media. We are meant to wait for the honor of being recognized by the sales team. A business so new that forgets from where their profits come cannot last very long. Buyer beware!
