WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR AN ESTIMATE I TALKED WITH A KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY PERSON WHO SCHEDULED THE OWNER TO COME OUT FOR AN ESTIMATE. SHAWN WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS, OFFERED SUGGESTIONS AND PROVIDED REASONABLE ESTIMATES. WHEN MY BLINDS ARRIVED, HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS.
