.They just seem to respond to my wife's directions very well. They do a good job.

I requested to have the same team of cleaners come in every two weeks but this did not happen. We agreed on a start time of 10 a.m. and 50% of the time they were late (anywhere from 30 mins. to 3 hours). They missed simple things like cleaning the tooth brush holder and the soap dishes. The last straw was that they used WAY too much lemon oil on my furniture for dusting and all of my furniture looked wet. I had to go back through and re-clean the furniture -- very disappointed. I mentioned to them that I don't appreciate their lateness and they assured me that they would call me when running late but this never happened. Overall bad customer service and coordination of the team.

I was quoted 200.00 for the first cleaning and 129.00 for bi-weekly after the initial cleaning. The first cleaning is more expensive since it's supposed to be a deep cleaning and the team is here longer. We live in a new construction townhome and are empty-nesters so it was pretty good to start out with. The only way I can describe this deep cleaning is a once-over lightly like another member had said. The tile on the Master bath floor had hairspray on it, poor vacuuming in master bedroom and stairs. I have cherry hardwood floors in the main level and had requested that they use water only to clean them. They not only were very spotty and streaky but had some kind of product residue on them. Also requested that they not use any abrasives on the stainless steel sink. I was told that they would use a green all purpose liquid and they used some type of powder. I won't even give them a second chance to come back I was so disappointed. I will be washing floors today on my day off. I joined Angie's List this morning to find someone who will do a good job. Too bad I hadn't thought of that before and saved my money for someone who is good.

The crew I have now does a wonderful job. They do exactly what they say they are going to do which is very important to me. I have found with them that the quality of work depends upon the crew that is sent out. The crew I now request is thorough and professional.

Very inconsistent. They price by the job, not by the hour, so the number of jobs your cleaner has been given to do in a day, will dictate the amount of time that she can spend at your house. I've had cleaners stay 50 minutes, and I've had cleaners stay 3 hours. When I shared feedback with the office, they were very nice and professional, but nothing changed. I finally left them after they requested a 15% price increase. I would suggest going with companies that price by the hour.

The salesperson was late. I had an appointment for 8:00 a.m. since I needed to leave for work at 8:30. She called about 7:55 to say she was stuck in traffic and would be ''about 10 minutes late.'' She showed up after 8:25. Neither she or the receptionist called back to schedule an appointment. Calling back to let me know they could not accomodate my request would have been fine. However, WHEN I'M TOLD THEY WILL CALL ME BACK - I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK! I find this to be totally unacceptable!!

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 3.5 YEARS AND THEY HAVE BEEN STEADILY GOING DOWNHILL. OFTEN WHEN I RETURN TO MY HOME I AM WONDERING AND I CHECK TO SEE IF ALL THEIR WORK HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION. ALMOST ALWAYS THERE IS SOMETHING THAT THE WORKERS NEGLECTED TO DO.

DUST, VACUUM WALL-TO-WALL CARPETS INCLUDING TOWNHOME STAIRS, SCRUB BATHROOMS (INCLUDING MILDEWED TILE GROUTING), SCRUB FLOORS, CLEAN INSIDE LARGE MIRRORS & WINDOWS. THE HOUSE WAS IMMACULATE, WITH NO LINGERING STRONG ODORS; NOTHING WAS TOUCHED THAT WE HAD ASKED THEM NOT TO (E.G. COMPUTERS, MY DESK WERE LEFT ALONE AS REQUESTED). VERY PLEASANT, PROMPT, COURTEOUS STAFF. CAME ON FAIRLY SHORT NOTICE (4 DAYS IN ADVANCE). DEFINITELY WILL HIRE AGAIN!

I WANTED A DEEP CLEAN AND THEY GAVE ME A ONCE-OVER LIGHTLY. PRICE REFLECTS ONLY TWO HOURS OF WORK. THEY LEFT DUST ON TOP OF FRIDGE, BASEBOARDS AND DOORWAYS. THEY DIDN'T MOVE ANY CHAIRS OR ANYTHING ON THE FLOOR TO VACUUM - THEY DIDN'T EVEN VACUUM BEHIND DOORS. MANY SPACES LEFT UNTOUCHED. HORRIBLE. ALSO, WHEN I MADE THE INITIAL APPOINTMENT OVER THE PHONE, THE PERSON WAS SO SLOW. IT TOOK HER 15-20 MINUTES TO TAKE MY INFORMATION AND IT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN 5. TERRIBLE! I SHOULD'VE KNOWN THEN...BUT I WENT AHEAD ANYWAY.

THEY SHOWED UP 2 HOURS LATE. THE MEMBER HAD GUEST AND COULD NOT LET THEM CLEAN. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK.

NOT THOROUGH, MISSED THINGS, EVEN AFTER I HAD LEFT THEM NOTES ON WHAT TO CLEAN!
