Very impressed with how neat he was, just one guy did the work. 

My metal plenium sheet work had been botched up the previous year by a different contractor and was spliced with clear tape.  He reworked all that sheet metal into a very professional job while installing new unit.  Also put in a new thermostat upstairs for me. 

Because I had insisted that we use the old drain hose that was already in place, I changed my mind & decided to call him back to rework the hose drain to a new & bigger one.  He came back promptly with some "told you so!" attitude but remained very polite and didn't charge me extra for 2nd trip.    . 

Called someone else for a quote.

I have a great history with this comapany. He gave me a good feeling about what I had done and said that I should keep the thermostat running at the same temperature all summer. I wasn't charged anything for the advice I received over the telephone.

I called Mark Air Conditioning at about 8:00 AM this morning because our air conditioner was not working and they had a person at our house at 9:00 AM and the repair was completed by 9:30. When they installed our system about 12 years ago they gave us a very good price so that is why I called them. Another reason was because 90 to 95 degree days were in the forecast for the next four days. They made a couple of coolant line repairs and charged the system for $200 and given their quick response I thought this was very reasonable especially since we had a leak last year and the repair person from a competitor strongly urged us to buy a new system at around $2500.
