Home Building
THEY SUBCONTRACTED MOST WORK OUT WHICH WAS ONE OF THE PROBLEMS. THE SUBCONTRACTORS DID A TERRIBLE JOB AND THEN WOULD NOT COME BACK TO FIX IT. MW JOHNSON WAS VERY UNRESPONSIVE TO OUR CALLS AND QUESTIONS. THEY WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS FOR MONTHS. WHEN ISSUES AROSE AFTER CONSTRUCTION THEY DID LITTLE TO HELP. AT TIMES WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO CALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS TO TRY AND GET THEM TO COME BACK OUT AND FIX THINGS BECAUSE M W JOHNSON WOULDN'T DO IT FOR US. WE BUILT IN FEB. OF 2000 AND WE STILL HAVE UNRESOLVED ISSUES. THEY DO LITTLE TO MANAGE THEIR SUBCONTRACTORS AND IT SHOWS IN THE QUALITY OF WORK. VERY VERY SUB PAR WORK.
