We provide carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and house cleaning services. I have been in the cleaning business for over 17 years. All of the carpet cleaning work I provide is done by myself. I use a truckmount system with up-to-date cleaning products. My minimum charge for cleaning carpets is $95.00 which covers up to 200 sq ft and an additional $.35 per square feet over 200. $3.00 a stair and there is never any added charges for removing spots or moving furniture. Upholstery cleaning prices are provided upon request. House cleaning is another service that we have recently added to or repertoire so that we can provide for all of our customers cleaning needs.. Here is a list of what our house cleaning service includes (kitchen- cleaning counters, sinks, ouside of appliances, inside microwaves, wiping exterior of cabinets, cleaning dinig room tables, vacuuming/moping floors) (Bedrooms- dusting, vacuuming) (Bathrooms- cleaning showers/tubs, cleaning toilets, wiping mirros, dusting, vacuuming/moping floors) (Living/Family rooms- dusting, vacuuming) (any additional rooms that are not mentioned- dusting, moping/vacuuming floors). Low hanging light fixtures/ceiling fans are dusted, window sills dusted, empty all small garbage containers througout the house, and a final inspection is done everytime we clean your house. We use all of our own products and our own commercial grade vacuums. A 10% discount will be given to any Angieslist customer.

Went great. Called on Monday, had an appointment for Tuesday. I got a call on Tuesday asking if arriving 30 min early would be OK, it was. Got to work right away. Efficient, professional, and did a great job.

Carl was extremely professional and responsive to our questions and needs from start to finish. We had all of the carpet in our home cleaned to prepare for putting it up for sale. We will be contacting Carl soon to schedule carpet cleaning for our new home!

I hired Carl and Jennifer for general housecleaning and carpet cleaning services on a recently purchased property. Carl was very responsive to emails, and he was flexible when I needed to change the date of the service. They were on time and walked me through everything they were about to do. The work itself was exactly what I had expected and wanted. I would happily hire them again.

Lakes Area Carpet Care arrived promptly and carried out the cleaning in a speedy manner. They were very polite and professional. They had to tackle some serious stains my 3 kids had left on the carpets of our rented property. All the carpets looked like new without a trace of a stain. We didn't want to pay to have the whole basement cleaned, so they 'blended' the cleaning in with the rest of the carpet, so we wouldn't end up with a visible line of where the carpet had been cleaned. It worked a treat! We felt we received a very genuine and professional service. Pricing was fair and quality was excellent!
