KIPP'S HOME IMPROVEMENT

Asked him to come out, I sent him some pictures of the situation. He told me when he'd come. and he did a great job and did exactly what we needed to do, with a price that matched our budget.
Beat the other guys estimate by $350!! 

He did what he said he was going to do and you couldn't hardly tell there was any damage at all.

My husband and I are retired seniors who need periodic help will small things we can't do.  Dale has been our handyman for 10 years and comes about twice a year or whenever we call for help.  He not only is a very nice person, he's top-notch at everything he's done for us, which has included painting, building, finishing, shelving, changing ceiling lightbulbs, amongst other things.  He is honest and professional, friendly and prompt.  I would never call anyone else.

They were easy to get a hold of and came out right away. He gave us a reasonable bid. He had a subcontractor come out and do the installation. He came out and did the finishing work. The work turned out pretty much the way I had envisioned. I am, overall, happy with the finished product.

Immediate response from Mr. kipp. He and his staff accommodated my busy schedule. Very nice people and easy to deal with.

Dale and helper arrived when they said they would, and were very complete in doing the job including clean up.

We first called Dale because we had used his services before and were very happy with the work he did. He came and looked at the work we needed done and said he would come on Saturday and start it. He called and arrived around 9:30 Saturday morning. He needed to square up the area to be repaired and then attach the sheet rock, two corner beads and mud the seams. He asked if he could come back on Sunday, in the morning after church and do a second coat of mud on the seams and we said yes, Dale was here at about 10:45. He put on the second coat of mud and said he would return Monday night if we were going to be home so he could put the third coat on and finish up. He arrived about 6:30 pm and finished. The job looks so good we don't even need to sand it before we paint.

I called Dale Kipp the morning after a severe thunderstorm. I was concerned about the tree because a large limb was cracked and resting on other limbs. I didn't want it to damage other limbs or break free and fall to the ground where a person or pet could get hurt. He came to my home two hours later, removed the limb and trimmed the rest of the tree where needed.

Dale did an excellent job and was friendly and efficient.

I CALLED KIPP'S HOME IMPROVEMENT AND LEFT A MESSAGE AS HE WAS OUT OF TOWN. DID NOT RECEIVE A PHONE CALL BACK WHEN ANTICIPATED, SO I TRIED AGAIN AND WE DECIDED HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AT A CERTAIN TIME. HE DID NOT RETURN THAT CALL. I GOT A MESSAGE A WEEK AND A HALF LATER TO GIVE HIM A CALL. I DIDN'T.

FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT AND THOROUGH, I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE HIM RETURN AS MORE NEEDS FOR A HANDYMAN ARISE. I'LL KEEP A LIST AND CALL HIM WHEN IT REACHES SIX OR EIGHT ITEMS NEEDING TO BE DONE.

HE IS A PERFECTIONIST AT WHAT HE DOES AND IS VERY OPEN TO TACKLING JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. DALE IS ALSO A VERY ATTENTIVE AND NICE TO PERSON TO WORK WITH.
