They were good.  There were some little things like the fact he smoked.  He did not smoke in my house, but I could tell he smoked.  He did not review how the windows worked so I had to figure that out on my own.

I spent about $15000 on the job. The job was excellent. They were very timely and they communicated well. They finished the job quickly and as promised. They came within my budget. I will use them again in the future.

We bought a little worn out house, we hired an architect to help us plan a large addition and KPC to do the work. They had a plan to execute the project from beginning to end. The end result was a beautiful house. We stayed for a couple of years but then my husband got the bug to renovate "one more" house. We had no trouble selling our beautiful house. In between putting on an addition to our current house and the sale of the last, we bought and tore down another old house in our neighborhood and built a spec house using KPC. We sold the house just this summer in 3 weeks - making a profit - even in this market! The house is a gem. As we are planning our next "adventure" in renovation/building we have no question who will be our builder. We recommend them highly - just don't take them away from our remodeling project next Spring! I know that they build decks, do siding, install cabinets, whatever your needs may be - big or small. They are going to be putting new shutters on our house this fall and will be overseeing the replacement of our roof, before we begin our addition next Spring.
