Installer was friendly and cleaned up after himself. Love the new deck door. Came in slightly earlier than expected after a small delay. Am satisfied with the results.

K-Designers has excellent windows! The quality is outstanding! We had windows installed in May 2017. Last winter we had some 50 mph winds and we couldn't feel even the slightest breeze through the new windows. It wouldn't have even moved a feather inside. The installers were fast, efficient, and did a perfect job! Very friendly people, including the salesperson! We would recommend K-Designers to anyone looking for new windows! Great experience all around!

Don't do it. This company is a total scam. I'm going to be in debt forever because they ripped me off so bad on the siding I had done, charging me $30,000 for what other contractors have told me was a $10,000 job. I only hired them because they were the only ones who showed up on time and gave me an estimate right away. My insurance company was threatening to drop me, so I went with the ones who said they could do it the soonest. But the work was NOT completed by the promised date, the "crew" was only one guy. One piece of siding was cracked and it took me TWO YEARS, I kid you not, to get them to fix it. I kept calling and they kept finding the work orders had been marked "completed." Now another piece is cracked and they want $100 just to come out and LOOK at it. But guess what. I don't learn from my mistakes, and they conned me again with my windows. The salesman said they had new management and everything would be better, and they convinced me I was getting a steep discount. (Yes, this is at least half my fault for not shopping around more. I'd only had one other estimate, and they had not done a good job previously.) This time they at least did the job quickly, with a real crew, but they broke two pieces off my wood frames, and subsequent contractors told me the windows were just "cheap replacement windows" that should have cost $500 each instead of the $1000 I paid. The killer is that they KEEP CALLING ME, no matter how often I've told them they suck and I'm never hiring them again. One time they tried to convince me I could have up to $50,000 of work done free and refused to tell me how unless a salesperson came out. I finally let them send someone, and she was like, "They told you what? No, that's not true at all." Even their salespeople can't keep their lies straight.

Excellent. The installation team was on time and did the job quietly, cleanly and much quicker than I thought it would take to do the job. They were so quiet my wife and daughter slept all the way through the installation.

I contacted K-Designers to have them come out and give me an estimate on gutters for my house because they had done gutters with leaf guard and some windows on my parents' house and everything turned out great and my parents have nothing but great things to say about the whole experience. They came out to get measurements and give me an estimate within 2 days of contacting them. The representative was very friendly and helpful and explained how they would install the gutters for proper water flow and discussed where the down spouts would be installed, and made some alterations because I wanted them less noticeable on the front of the house. The price was slightly higher than a couple other estimates I had but I felt it was worth the extra money as they discussed the scope of work in much greater detail than any of the other companies and allowed me to have more of a say in the design than the other companies (who basically said that it will be how it has to be). They gave me an estimated start date but said hey would call to schedule the actual date when the time got closer. They called me a week later and scheduled the job for 2 days later and allowed me to upgrade to a larger downspout at no extra cost! The installers arrived when they said they would (8 am) and asked me to come outside and do a quick walk around so they could go over the scope of the work 1 more time before they started and even asked me where they would prefer them to set up for the project. They allowed me to make a minor change to add a small section of gutters and eliminate one downspout so that it wasn't so cluttered like my neighbors had on their front (from another company). The installers were efficient in their work and had my whole house done by 3 (only 7 hours)! They cleaned up very well (I wasn't able to find any scraps or nails or screws at all)! After the job was done my neighbor came over and told me that he wished the company that did his gutters would have designed the area around their front porch the same way. I would definitely recommend K-Designers to anybody! I will definitely work with them in the future when I need anything else done on my home!

It was fine. It was good and professional.

It went very well. If there was anything i wasn't happy with they would send someone out and fix it.

We recently had some of our windows replaced as well as the leafguard on our gutters by K-Designers. After meeting with the K-Designers representative, we elected to place our order that same day. The thing we liked most compared to some of the other companies we met with was that there was no pressure. The representative was very knowledgable, friendly, and was able to help us come up with a very unique plan on replacing our old windows and the interior trim while keeping the look of the interior nearly identical to our other windows (something the other companies couldn't do). Initially we were a bit hesitant to move forward the same day as we typically don't make same day decisions, but after we met with the rep, we were confident that they would treat our home as if it were their own and that everything that was promised would be delivered. Boy are we glad we did! Our home was built in the late 1800's and presented some very unique challenges (some expected and some not). Initially we were told that our job would take about 2-3 days and it ended up taking about 4 1/2. Even with 1 1/2 extra days of labor and all the extra materials to replace the rotted wood, they never changed the price or even once asked for more money! Our new windows are absolutely beautiful! immediately we noticed that our home was quieter and you can tell that they will be very efficent! We are looking forward to lower heating bills this winter! They were not the lowest price, in fact, they were in the upper 1/3 of all our bids, but well worth the money! We will definitely use K-Designers again! Thanks for making our home so beautiful!

It went fine. Everything went the way they said it would.

CLEAN UP WAS TOUGH BECAUSE OF SNOW FALL, RECORD FOR DECEMBER. I HAD 37 WINDOWS AND 4 DOORS TO WRAP, INCREASED COST SIGNIFICANTLY, TOUGH JOB ON OLD HOUSE!!
