Computer Repair
I was referred to Jeff by a member in a networking group I belong to. Jeff was late to the first visit and called only after our scheduled appointment to let me know he was behind schedule. He was at my office longer than anticipated. We didn't finish a few steps and it took two additional cancelled appointments to finally finish up the work over the phone. Customer service is definitely not high on his list.
