Countertop and Backsplash Service
I have ordered countertops through Lowes. Its now been over 7 weeks since I ordered and cannot get an answer as to what is taking so long. The company isn't able to even schedule a install yet as they just ordered the material. Every step has been a nightmare and full of excuses from IDC. If you are going to have countertops through any company, please check and make sure not to use IDC. It will be a horrible experience and will take significantly longer than it should.
