"We apologize for seems like the run around with your vehicle repairs. We were not able to get the manufacturer to condemn and provide warranty replacement until your most recent visit. We want to do what is best for everyone involved but also be accurate in the repairs we provide. We understand that having to bring your vehicle back to us a second time is an inconvenience. Please know that we always use quality parts but the are all produced on assembly lines in factories so there is always a margin for defect. We hope that you will consider us in the future.
