Not good. Floor damaged when stove delivered. Hard to get someone to answer phone to help. I am not sure when this process will be completed.

They guys that did it, did an excellent job. It got dusty in the house due to the sanding. Other than that it turned out beautifully.

We were very satisifed with the installation. They arrived on time and were very helpful. They answered the questions during the installation and actually encouraged us not to install the remote that we had purchased. He gave us very good reasons and was happy to install it, but highly recommended against it. He and his assistant were very courteous and cleaned up the work area before they left.

WE WORKED WITH SAM AT THE PRO DESK AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT. HE PROMPTLY CREDITED US FOR ITEMS WE ENDED UP NOT NEEDING. BECAUSE QUALITY OF SERVICE AT HOME DEPOT STORES IN GENERAL CAN BE VERY SPOTTY, IT'S MUCH BETTER WHEN ONE CAN FIND A HELPFUL INDIVIDUAL AND THEN STICK WITH THEM FOR ANY MAJOR PURCHASES. SAM MADE FOR A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

HOME DEPOT SUBCONTRACTS THE INSTALLATION OF FLOORING THROUGH PRO-FLOOR INSTALLATION. PRO-FLOOR CONSISTENTLY UNDERSTAFFED THE JOBS WHICH RESULTED IN THE JOBS TAKING LONGER THAN ESTIMATED TO COMPLETE. THERE WERE SEVERAL DISCREPANCIES IN HOME DEPOT'S PROMISED SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY (SATURDAY INSTALLATION) AND PRO-FLOOR'S WILLINGNESS TO OBLIGE. HOME DEPOT MEASURED ONE ROOM INCORRECTLY, WHICH RESULTED IN AN INSTALLATION DELAY OF 4 WEEKS. THEY REMEDIED THE SITUATION BY REMOVING ALL OF THE OLD CARPET FREE OF CHARGE.

HOME DEPOT WORKS WITH PRO-FLOOR MILLWORK, WHO THEN SUBCONTRACTED WITH SOMEONE ELSE. THE SCHEDULING PROCESS WENT WELL. THEY CALLED TO SAY THEY''D BE A LITTLE LATE. SOME MINOR QUALITY ISSUES, BUT THEY CAME OUT AND TOOK CARE OF THEM TO MY SATISFACTION. VERY NICE PERSON TO HAVE WORKING AROUND THE HOUSE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
