Description of Work: I walked in with a broken windshield. A rock had hit it earlier as I drove the roads of northern Minnesota, but it had caused only a minor ding (or so I thought). When exposed overnight to temperatures in the -20 degrees and then exposed to the defroster the next morning, the windshield cracked from one corner to the other. | |The people at Harmon Glass walked me through the insurance claim process (they even dialed my insurance company for me), asked me all the right questions I'd never thought about (e.g., do you have rain sensors?), and made the experience almost painless. I could not have asked for better service! | |As for price, I honestly don't know how Harmon compares. Because I trusted Angie's List, I went with them without comparison shopping. And I'd do it again! | |

When I wasn't able to stay for the remain, they came to my house that afternoon and fixed the nick. Everything was done very quickly and professionally, and everyone was a very courteous and prompt.
