took 3 phone calls to get connected. took 1/2 hour on the phone to get the appointment. they changed my appointment time after the reservation. they were 1/2 hour late. no respect for my time and convenience.

They evaluated the nick at their office and didn't require me to wait.   They were very professional and courteous.   When I wasn't able to stay for the remain, they came to my house that afternoon and fixed the nick.    Everything was done very quickly and professionally, and everyone was a very courteous and prompt.

I have used them in the past and they always do a great job for me. They were able to go and pop the old windshield out and get the new one in without any problem. They were neat in the work they did with no glass anywhere.

I called and they came out the next day. Instead of replacing the glass, the holes were filled which would have only cost $50 but insurance paid for it.
