Hired in 2016 for Lawn fertilization, sprinkler system service, and winter snow removal. Lawn service was sporadic with minimal results, snow removal resulted in significant turf damage requiring sod replacement this spring, and starting up the sprinkler system this month revealed a split water supply line that had not been properly drained last fall as part of their sprinkler service and requiring replacement. All of this, and despite multiple phone calls/messages, never a return phone call or other contact from the owner to discuss /address any of these issues. Customer service is nonexistent!!

Very happy with the service. They came on time, got the job done and closed my gate back up when they left. That's something my other contractors didn't do. They will be on my list for future lawn services. Bob was very attentive and courteous.

Had Green & White out for a repair. Seemed knowledgeable and did a great job. I'd use the service again any time.

I am a Property Manager and I hired this company for all snow removal for the property, which included sidewalks and lot plowing. They were to keep my walks free of snow as I had a contract which started at a "dusting". Now for a winter which was very light on snow, I should not have had so many issues with the walks, but I did. I was constantly calling Terry back asking him to send back the shoveling team to finish areas that they had missed. I had hopes of getting thru the winter with this crew, but I just couldn't stand the poor shoveling job they repeatedly performed and how many times I had to continue to call them back to finish it correctly. The people hired for the shoveling have no desire to do a good job in my opinion. I terminated the contract due to poor work performance in early February '16.

Terry was through when he winterized the sprinklers. WE plan to have him back in the Spring next year to turn the sprinklers back on. HE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND KNOW I COULD COUNT ON HIM ANYTIME.
