They have high quality standards, provided clear pre-install information, great delivery communications, before install updates, and communication throughout the install. They went above and beyond my expectations, protecting my main floor appliances, etc. and upstairs from dust, and made it so easy for me! Joe and his team was kind, honest, and made sure I was satisfied with the completed job! We are quite pleased with our experience engaging Floor Coverings International's Dakota County franchise. Joe Pederson was great to work with and provided useful input when we were comparing luxury vinyl plank (LVP) products. We had a tie between Mannington Adura and Shaw CoreTec LVP. In the end, we chose CoreTec flooring by Shaw for our main level plus carpet for a couple rooms and stairs on our upper level. Joe has specific installers for his carpet and hard flooring jobs which resulted in superior workmanship. The carpet crew removed the old upstairs carpeting/pad and had the new product completely installed in just over 3 hours. The LVP crew spent the day removing old flooring and installing the new vinyl flooring. Since we had just replaced the driveway, Joe arranged for both the LVP and carpet crews to take the construction trash with them, rather than having a dumpster. Both crews were respectful of our home. 3 weeks after the LVP was installed, one of our pictures decided to fall off the wall and it caused a small dented area on one of the planks. Joe arranged to have one of his repair contractors replace that plank. This was completed quickly and the installer did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our only regret with replacing our flooring is that we didn't do this years ago! Our house looks like new after our "little" project was completed. We highly recommend Joe and Floor Coverings International Dakota County and will use them again for flooring work should the need arise.

We loved the experience of having Dave, our salesman come out and show us samples of flooring, to the installation of the kitchen floor. It looks absolutely stunning and we love it!!

My wife and I worked with Josh on a kitchen/ floor remodel. We had a certain Coretec product that we picked out that fit our house perfectly. We were a little disappointed when Josh came back and said the product was on backorder. While looking at other samples that we were going to choose from, Josh let us know that he had tracked down a supply from our original flooring product that was returned all the way in California. He really went the extra mile to work with us in getting the product that we loved. Everything from start to finish was top notch. We couldn't be happier with our new floor.

Our contact w the company was helpful but installers did nit clean up the mess that was made. Letâ s say most was cleaned up but a lot if grit from carpet backing, threads galore, and even packaging was left behind. I will use company again but insist on different installers.

Josh was fantastic to work with. I had a nice selection to choose my flooring from. Installation went very well and I was happy with the attention to detail. I would use Floor Coverings International again.

I thought Josh Pederson was great! He was very thorough and extremely friendly. His customer service was outstanding. The gentleman who put the carpet in was very knowledgeable and efficient at their job. They also had super customer service. We are very happy with the carpet and would recommend Floor Coverings International to all.

Josh and the install crew just finished our indoor flooring project last week and my husband and I could not be happier with our new floors. Our entire experience with them, from selecting the flooring, to the installation was flawless. They even helped us move our kitchen appliances and they completely cleaned up afterwards and took away the old worn carpets that we did have in place. They did our stairs, the entryway, our kitchen, living room, hallway, and both bedrooms and closets. Everything matches and nothing has shifted nor have any gaps opened up between the planks. This has made a huge difference in the appearance of our home and everyone's allergies here. I would also like to note that during the process we received some bad news and Josh was very gracious in halting the installation and giving us some time to deal with that. We are very appreciative of this. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a new floor or floors in their home.

I am in the middle. They have ordered my floors and they should arrive next months. I rate them for my experience do far. Josh is wonderful to work with. I felt very comfortable with the process and felt tremendous relief in turning over the project to him. It's so nice to have one point of contact directing the project from beginning.
