He did a good job fixing it, other than that I wasn’t really impressed with the place or the people that work there.

Sewing Machine Repair
I DROPPED THE MACHINE AT THEIR SHOP ON MAY 12. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY IN 3 TO 4 DAYS. BY JUNE 10 I STILL HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I CALLED AND THEY SAID IT WAS READY. I PICKED IT UP ON JUNE 11, TOOK IT HOME, AND DISCOVERED GREASE MARKS ALL OVER THE MACHINE AND THE SET SCREWS MISSING. I RETURNED IT ON MONDAY AND THEY CLEANED IT UP AS I WAITED. I BROUGHT IT HOME, MY WIFE ATTEMPTED TO USE IT AND FOUND IT WOULD NOT STITCH PROPERLY. I RETURNED IT TO THEM ON THE 14TH AND NOW THEY WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS. THE OWNER SAID HE WOULD ONLY KEEP IT FOR ONE DAY AND THAT HE HIMSELF WOULD CALL ME. I'M STILL WAITING FOR HIS CALL. THIS HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.

"In servicing a sewing machine that has been attempted by the customer, issues can arise. That is why we warranty the work for 90 days. The member is more than welcome to bring the machine in for us to look at. Machines that have been tampered with by a customer can do damage to parts that may be a little more difficult to get.
