My floor is beautiful now. I didn't think it could be repaired but not only did Dave repair it, he brought it back to the beautiful wood it is. Dave takes on challenges and is extremely knowledgeable. He is excellent at figuring out what will work best. He really is a floor expert. I am delighted with how it looks; I NEVER imagined that it could look this great. Dave also cleans up after he'd done which is always refreshing.

Dave is very passionate about is has business. He recently refinished my hardwood floors that had not been touched since the construction of the house in 1953! He was on time with his projections, did a great job and was very competitive.

Dave showed up on time and explained his process. He treated each floor, including stains, and they were permanently removed. The whole process took 4+ hours for 11 rooms. His prices are reasonable and he's genius at knowing the composition of each carpet fiber and how to care for it. I highly recommend him.

Dave called the day before my appointment to confirm the time slot. He arrived with a black light, which identified a couple of pet spots. Much of my carpet is white or light colored and he made it look brand new. Also, his process didn’t result in any spots re-surfacing. The project took about 4 hours and I will definitely use his services again.

Dave was on time and since he had been here before, I knew he was a "talker". He loves to talk about his work, but you can listen or not. Just walk away if you don't wan't to listen. I am a chemistry buff so I enjoyed some of his banter. He does know what he is doing with regards to the cleaning properties of the detergents he uses and it shows in the quality of the cleaning. I also would recommend you try his counter top cleaning. I plan to have him come back and clean my garage floor.

He cleans carpet OK, but first you have to get him to stop talking. He spent more time talking than cleaning. I eventually had to point blank ask him to start cleaning, but that didn't work until I just rudely walked away from him. I would not call him again. Besides repeating the same story over again about how great he clean carpet, he also talks about how horrible everyone is who gave him a bad review.

We needed a blood-stained area of carpet cleaned in mom's apartment. It was a mess. Dave was willing and available to do the work the same day while the stain was new. He spent nearly 3 hours working on the stain, kept mom (and us by phone) updated on what he was doing and why, and what to expect. Mom was happy.

Dave and his wife arrived late in the day, so we were a bit concerned about having the job completed with time to dry. Dave scanned the hallway carpet with a high-intensity black light to look for pet residue, and found plenty from our now-deceased dog, who had problems with continence in his later years. There was no extra charge for the treatment. He also inspected our bathroom and explained his method for cleaning and sealing the floor grout. We also asked Dave to look at an upholstered chair. The chair and and the tile cleaning, which produced excellent results, cost $30 each. They then proceeded to clean the carpets and were done quickly. The results were excellent, and most of the carpet was dry by morning.

If you have a pet urine damage cleaning issue, do know that in 2014 I consulted with a municipal waste water treatment engineer (expert) on how to break down pet urine in carpeting. In 2014 I developed an alternative pet urine treatment application that will ZAP any pet urine damagee no matter how bad it is. I purchased the carpet cleaning deal from Angie's list last summer. This month (November) I finally called Dave about getting our carpet cleaned. He suggested we also get out tile floors cleaned at the same time. He did a very good job on the carpeted areas of our home, including identifying pet stains that had been there for years and treating them. He also cleaned tiles in kitchen, laundry room, entry way and three bathrooms. My wife and I are very glad he suggested getting these floors cleaned too. They look great and he put a silicon sealer on them that should protect them and help keep them clean. Dave and his assistant came at about 1 PM and left about 6 PM doing a very thorough job in each area and explaining to me what he was doing and why it was needed. I thought the amount he charged was a good value for the extensive work that was done.

He appears to be extremely knowledgeable about carpet cleaning methods and overall the carpets were cleaned and deodorized to an acceptable standard similar to Stanley Steemer who did them last except for the stairs. The scheduling process was not easy and he did not call me as agreed to confirm his arrival time. When I scheduled the service I told him that I was interested in his 3 room special and that Stanley Steemer had cleaned the same area and counted it as 3 rooms. He did not count them as three rooms and did not give me the advertised discount. The only reason I did go ahead anyway is that I liked his method of using a pool shock to deodorize the carpet.

I called him w/o booking on Angie's List to see when he was available. He chatted for a long time then told me he was able to get to me very soon which was great. Once at the house he chatted my ear off and once it came down to payment the price was much higher than Angie's List. He told me he got to me sooner if I didn't pay through Angie's List; which I saw someone else mentioned on a previous review he said was a lie. He texted me at 2am the next day. We noticed two stains that came up shortly after he left that were never there before. He seemed to be really nice and passionate about his work, but personally I will not go with him again.

He charged extra (something like thirty some dollars) to spray a very small area of the rug with a coffee stain He then took his foot and rubbed the cleaner in the rug and that was it for the stain. My rug does not look clean. Also scotch guarding was supposed to have been done. I don't think it was. I would definitely not recommend him or use his services again.

Dave was prompt and thorough with his work. He is very knowledgeable and informative of his product and very willing to help you understand his process. He did a great job of cleaning the grout between the tile of the kitchen making to look new. He was able to get out some deep stains improving greatly the appearance of our carpets.
