I was looking to have my 6/7 year old all-in-one computer ‘cleaned up’. It was running super slow. I was nervous to have this done and was putting it off for close to 6 months. I even considered just buying a new computer. I called a few places before finding Jon at Custom PC Solutions. Jon spent 26 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and concerns. My greatest concern was someone poking around my computer at my personal stuff. Jon assured me that just like you’d trust a lawyer, you’d have to trust your computer guy. And I felt like I could trust him. He’s been doing this for almost 20 years with loyal customers, so I took the chance having Jon ‘clean up’ my computer. The drop off/scheduling was easier than easy. He already told me he works from his home office so I expected to pull up to a house. I called when I was outside and he met me at the door. He told me about 48 hours and my computer would be ready. Which was about 5 days sooner than the other places. The next day he called, I thought it was just a question but he told me my computer was done and should be muuuuch faster now. I picked it up, paid half as much as the other guys wanted and it took half as long. I got home, plugged it in, clicked around and was shocked. Its SO MUCH FASTER. Pictures don’t take 30 seconds to open anymore, clicking within files doesn’t take but a second. I’m actually shocked on how fast it is and the computer actually moves faster than what my hand does. This was crazy easy. I wish I did this sooner. I wish I had another computer for Jon to repair. Nice guy, fair, and honest. Don’t hesitate to have Jon fix your computer, you’ll be so satisfied. The service was beyond excellent. The laptop had many problems, which he all figured out and repaired. Very nice and understanding. I will for sure go back if I ever have laptop or PC issues again. Great service!

John is up front with his pricing and what he will and won't charge you for.  He received a 20% discount from the clean room that recovered my data.  He passed that savings on to me.

Jon was great! He arrived on time and got to work right away. He asked me what I wanted and made sure I understood the changes. He was clean and neat and left my work area clean and neat! I am already making plans to have him out again soon to tackle issues on our other computer!

Jon did a great job restoring all my settings and getting my laptop up and running within 24 hours.  It was a pleasure doing business with Jon and I recommend him and his services to anyone needing a quick, professional repair to a computer.

Definitely would recommend Jon again.  Besides making a special visit on a Saturday, he really took time to teach me about my wifi.  He had a special tool with him which measured the wifi strength, which I thought was impressive.

John did an excellent job troubleshooting and then cleaning up my laptop.  I was having several issues with it and anticipated being told to replace it.  He was very knowledgeable about the brand and previous issues associated with my particular model.  In the end, he cleaned it up and said that it would serve my purposes without any further action needed!   He turned it around in less than 24 hours and his price was extremely reasonable.

Jon took my laptops on a Monday afternoon and by Tuesday afternoon they were ready for pickup.
He pulled virus' from the slow one and uninstalled the anti virus from the one that wouldn't boot up. He installed another antivirus from Microsoft and brought both of them back to functioning computers.
The cost of the service was for both computers.
Jon was very friendly and answered my questions so I could understand.
I would recommend his service to anyone that asked.
