+ -1 moreIt's for the do it yourself person that rents heavy equipment. They are convenient and have a variety of equipment. They have scaffolding and special drills. I would call them and they would reserve the equipment. When I got there it was ready to go and they helped me load it up. It was quick in and out service. The price was what they said it would be and there was no hidden charges. There was another company right down the street and I compared the prices and they were comfortable, so I would say their prices are competitive. They clearly stated when it had to be back or there would be additional charges. The service was great and I didn't have any issues. The few times I rented stuff I asked them questions and they responded appropriately and gave me the information I needed. When I pulled up in the guy there was a guy helping me load the jack into my van. I pick up one day and bring it back the next day. I might have to go back for some more rental equipment in the near future. I think I went online to see what they had available before I even called them so I knew what to ask for. They're very professional.
Description of Work: I've gone to Crown Rental for a couple of different things, but I recently rented some ceiling jacks so I could support the frame when I was taking out some walls.

+ -1 morei used the company a few times and the lady at the front desk is rude and not helpfull at all. If i had a choice i would rent somewhere else. It seems that she has better things to do, and talks to you like, and quot;are you serious? i cant believe your asking me this ? and quot; kind of attitude.

Description of Work: We have rented three items from this company in the last two years. A log splitter, a cherry picker, and a stump grinder. On all three occasions the equipment worked perfectly and the guys on the phone are polite and professional. Their prices are compariable to other rental companies in the area, sometimes even a little lower.

+ -1 moreWe have rented twice from Crown Rental. Both times we have been happy with the rentals, the equipment worked to our complete satisfaction. The folk in the office are helpful and professional This time they called us early in the morning and said the piece of equipment we had requested is not back yet, and would we settle for a different piece of equipment. That was very thoughtful of them to phone to save us a trip to their pickup yard. We took the piece of equipment back early and even received a partial refund.
Description of Work: No work was performed. We just rented equipment and did the work ourselves.
