Description of Work: Warning-do not take your car to this place. My husband's car would not start so he had it towed there because it was close to our house. They advised him they would call with an estimate. They called a short time later stating that the car was completely dead, would not start at all, they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine for an estimate and said it was the starter cylinder that would cost approximately $850.00. We decided that we were going to have it towed somewhere else, however when we went to pay the bill for the estimate and get the car towed someone else,my husband tried to start the car (as it was sitting in the lot), and it started right up!!-even though they said it wouldn't start!! To make a long story short - there was no written evidence that the car was even hooked up to a diagnostic machine ,the person who claimed he hooked it up was not there, so we did not want to pay the $55.00 diagnostic fee. After a long debate with the clerk and the manager who claimed he checked out the car, -he finally called the owner and after much back and forth he agreed to waive the fee. The whole thing appeared to be a total scam because the manager had claimed that the car was completely dead, but started right up when we tried to start it, the clerk there seemed to agree with us but did not want to disagree with the manager. Then i can't believe that we had to argue with the owner for a half hour to waive the fee. Obviously this place knows nothing about customer service. Moral of the story-do not go to this place!!
