Crossroads appears to have little regard for sick pets or for their clients’ time. When our sick cat was scheduled for a procedure requiring a fasting period of more than 36 hours, we dropped him off only to receive a call a short time later indicating that we would need to reschedule as the solution to be utilized was past its expiration date. Since we were watching our cat lose weight daily, another extended period of fasting, not to mention the wasted time due to an error by Crossroads staff, was unacceptable. They failed to even apologize for the inconvenience until after we made a complaint, showing a distinct lack of empathy and compassion. We were left feeling that we had a sick cat and nowhere to turn. Although our total experience here was not negative, the negative aspects seem impossible to overcome.

From the scheduling to the actual appointment, this couldn't have been a better experience. This is my first pet, so much of this was a foreign experience to me. The doctor was very helpful in advice for my cat, was very gentle with her, and seemed genuinely interested in my experience as a pet owner as well as the well-being of the cat. The price excellent (I used their coupon) and there was no high-pressure sales tactics at all. In fact, they asked if it would be okay to send a reminder card for a suggested dental procedure sometime next year. Very caring staff and an excellent experience.

Staff never addressed concerns. They seemed like they did not care. Vet seemed angry with my dog and was very rude. Never will go there again.

We have been clients of Crossroads since 2009. Dr. Anna Davies and the entire staff are extremely professional, friendly and sincere. We have, over the years, had to let go of 3 of our dear animal friends and all the staff was always there for us, each and every time to provide comfort and answer questions in our time of sorrow. From reception on, every member of the team are highly knowledgeable and have helped several of our animals through health crisis and issues. We will continue to bring all our animals here as long as their doors stay open.
They are OUTSTANDING members of the community too: supporting animal causes and working with rescues and shelters, among others.  
Dr. Julie Michels has taken personal care of some of our dogs and cats and helped three of them cross over. She is compassionate, caring and approachable. 
Dr. Tracy Langevin is a wizard with sutures!  Maksa and Pete's scars from various injuries hardly showed!

The vet was extremely thorough with exam and giving the test info.  She answered all my questions and gave plenty of suggestions and tips.  It was obvious that she has a true love for animals!  My cats were very comfortable with her.

Veterinarian and staff were very thorough and helpful with knowledge and answering questions.  Would definitely use this provider in the future.

Overall very good experience, everyone in the office is very nice and prompt.  The doctor we worked with did a complete checkup and started the puppy on his rounds of shots.  Because it was a new dog he spend extra time with us explaining what to look for and how to perform normal tasks to keep the new dog healthy. 
Price was very good in comparison to other vets we looked and care was excellent.  Would use again.

I called the clinic on Wed, Jan. 2 regarding my sick cat.  I was given an emergency appointment with Dr. Julia Michels on Thurs., Jan 3.  We were seen very close to our scheduled time.  Dr. Michels asked very appropriate questions and then examined  Callie.  She was kind and gentle as well as thorough.  After the exam they took Callie to the back for labs and urinalysis.  Friday I was called with the initial results which required my picking up a prescription.  Dr,. Michels said she would call Monday, Jan 7 with the final lab results.  I will definitely continue to bring my cats to Dr. Michels at the Crossroads Animal Hospital.

People were friendly.  They did a nice job doing only the necessary services, and they did not try to sell other services we didn't need at our annual visit for vaccinations for our cat.  Other vets have insisted on doing more tests and procedures that never made sense to us and only seemed to cause our cat more distress.  They listened to our needs well and took appropriate care of our pet.

Separated two dogs in one room the other one in another room to create the proper conditions for the vet to fully exam each dog. Did an a physical from nose to tail looking for various issues, checked teeth, eyes, ears, internal organs from outside, blood work on each dogs. Added notes to general profile and discussed general health concerns for each dogs. Process for the three dogs took well over one hour.

The three vets at Crossroads are very knowledgeable, they explain what is going on with each pet, keep detail notes, go into a fully explanation if there is a situation - explaining all available options. Ask a lot of questions and chart changes from visit to visit.

The facility is very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful; the techs are extremely knowledgeable and show a real love for the animals.

 I have been going there for years and the doctors have a lot of connections with the Univ. of MN so if a situation comes up that may require a specialty that may be available to get the finest care for your pet. The Vets at crossroads also keep up with their continuing education so you get the most up to date theory's, techniques and available data to provide the finest care for your pets.
 I have full trust in the Veterinarians at crossroads after having completed much research on the best available Vets in the TC area and through 6 dogs with Crossroads they have given the best care for each animal educating me along the way to provide the longest life for my best friends

I can say nothing negative about this place. It was a very good hospital. The owner is a teacher at the university. It is a great animal hospital.

It went very well. I was well pleased with the staff and they were very efficient.

Ok.  Didn't try to sell me services I didn't need.  Faciltiy was dingy.  First visit had a fill in vet as regular vets were out so some information got lost as the visiting vet did not know all procedures.  Had to call to get results first time.  For second visit results, they called my husband first who was listed as the emergency contact. Pleasant staff but nothing extraordinary.

Crossroads is excellent. The Techs and Vets are wonderful. They take time to explain all that is happening, and are open for any questions. I have been using Crossroads for many years, and have never been disappointed.
