I needed my break pads and rotors fixed due to warping. Dropped my RAV4 off at 7:00am and they gave me a ride to work in Shakopee - very nice driver. They called me immediately and told me what they found with my car, how much the parts, labor, etc. was going to cost and asked whether or not they should proceed. Wonderful customer service - they want to make sure you understand the repairs and what they are charging you and why. I don't feel like I am getting ripped off when I take my car into them. I would highly recommend!

They're all under warranty, so we just go back. We use them because they're convenient. They give me a printout of what they do and what needs to be done.

They have been very responsive to me. It usually takes me about an hour the last time and the time before that, they did some work because I had a problem with the entertainment center and that took a little longer. They gave me a ride home and then, came and picked me up later and took me back to get the car. The workers were excellent. I did not have any issues. I still have warranty work, just general maintenance, to have done in the future.
