BUR OAK

Rick & Bob came to our house, looked at our existing landscaping. Drew up plan, which was beautiful, but more elaborate, than we wanted. Scaled back the plan, to meet our budget. Work was beautiful & done in a timely manner. In the process, they buried a sprinkler head, which we pointed out several times during the install, and sliced through the sprinkler line, which they promised to repair. Mid-day through the third day, the subcontractors, left with above items remaining unfinished, no hydroseed down & the edging incomplete. Next day, edging was completed. Two days later, left a message saying, when they would be back to complete job. Three days after leaving the message, called sprinkler company to do repairs, and called Bur Oak again, as we had not receive a response. Didn't seem aware that job was unfinished, but promised to have seed completed and deduct cost of sprinkler repair. Waited a week, before we seeded the lawn ourselves. A week later, hydroseed was finally completed.

Overall, we now spend time in two parts of the yard that were once overgrown with brush and weeds. We have a pergola, firepit, and two gorgeous paved patios. Rick and Bob created room for our friends and family and gave us warm, fun, livable outdoor rooms.
