WE were referred by a neighbor who had used the services in the past. We placed the call and set an appt to review job. He arrived on time and was very thorough on going over what would needed to be done. He came back with a formal written quote and allowed us to discuss. We called in a couple of days to give the go ahead and got on the schedule. The time passed and we had to be proactive and make a call to them to see where they were at. They called back and said that they were behind. They arrived the next week, and did a great job once the started to get inot it. The finished a good portion of the house on time, but had to have a couple people come back and do the trim. IT was a long process and could have been done sooner and in a more timely manner, but all in all we were satisifed with the final results.
