Overall, I'm very satisfied with the final installation and workmanship.. However, the particular sales person I dealt with did not provide complete information about sales or discounts available. I had to do my own research and ask for the discount (from DuPont) or it would not have been offered. A sink sale was missed because information was not forthcoming in time. All options available were also not discussed, again, I had to ask or the information would not have been known. I saved several hundred dollars by doing my own research and finding offers from DuPont, and on the vendors own web site. Once I did mention various discounts the sales person would respond with an answer but I felt this was information should have been given to me right away, I should not have to ask about each item. The edge profile installed was not correct. However, it was one of my choices initially and the company did discount the final balance to offset their mistake. I would do business again because, with the special offers, they had the best deal and did good work, however, I would definitely do my homework and not count on the sales person to give you complete information!
