Eddie Bilik has done several projects for us, and in all cases, he has been highly professional. He always explains several options, including materials and prices, so we are fully informed about our choices. He is wonderful to work with and does very good work.

Great job and fairly priced. The gutters look good- especially with the rain chain. Eddie and Richard designed the system, provided us with estimates and installed them. They do good work (see my other reports).

Eddie and Richard do more than siding they do carpentry and are both artistic with strong senses of style. They helped transform our boring 70 s style boxy house into a cute, cottage-like home that we now enjoy driving up to and are proud to own. Aesthetically, the job is outstanding. Siding, trim and other details are beautiful. Richard and Eddie did a good job on the details, which is key to the overall effect (e.g., brackets, lighting mountings, randomly staggering the joints on the lap siding). They followed architect specifications and suggested improvements to the design Ensured that flashing and new structures were built and applied properly to prevent water damage. Ensured windows and other gaps were caulked properly. Cleaned up well. Efficient with time got things done within the time frames estimated. There were here when they said they would be and didn't waste time. Included us in important decisions and made good recommendations on how to do things.

Ed Bilik is one of the best, if not the best, contractor I have ever worked with (and I have worked with alot in the past 20 years and 6 homes I have owned). At every step of the way, he said what he would do, then did what he said he would, when he said he would do it, and for the price he said it would be. And the quality is absolutely top-notch! Everyone comments on how great our house looks. I would hire Mr. Bilik again in an instant, and would recommend him to anyone.

The work was done VERY well. It had beautiful craftsmanship, and it was done to specifications. Eddie and Richard worked very hard and cleaned up well also, which is nice with small children around. They have done other work for us in the past, and it's been really good and fairly priced. They offered to do fixed price but we went time and materials because we trust them.

Mr. Bilik was pleasant to work with. We met, discussed what I wanted done, and 2 days later he presented me a reasonable estimate. I signed the contract, and they started the job within the week and stuck with it til completion. They organized daily and cleaned totally when the job was completed. Overall, I was very satisfied.
