He came at the right time very focused on setting up the equipment. Then heat treated the house. The sprays you get at the Hardware store etc do not work this did.

Jeff is the best! we went on vacation and unknowingly brought back bed bugs from Iowa. 9 days after we returned my daughter and I started getting bites and 3 weeks from our vacation I found a tiny bed bug in my shirt. I freaked out and called jeff who calmly had me send him a picture of the bug on my shirt. Sure enough he confirmed it was indeed a bed bug. I hadn't slept in days and Jeff was very patient and understanding. he came out the next day and heat treated the house and we have been bed bug free for almost a month now. if you ever have this horribe experience with bed bugs Jeff is the guy to call and take care of it. very impressed. The Bed Bug Guys are the best! After moving into a new home, we discovered we had a horrible infestation from the prior tenants. Our landlord was not cooperative but luckily we called the Bed Bug Guys and Jeff and his team took care of the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also took the time to inform us about our rights as tenants, which was very appreciated. It's been almost a month and we've been bed bug free! I would highly recommend this company.

We went St. Louis for the death of my mother and brought back some bed bugs from a hotel we stayed at. After we continued getting bitten by bed bugs after the first exterminator, we reached out to the Bed Bug Guys. They were very responsive, brought out a detection canine, and heat-treated the house. I had a nervous breakdown when I realized we got bed bugs for a second time in one year. I instantly got online to look for an exterminator and The "Bed Bug Guys" was one of the first on the list. I instantly contacted them, he gave me a quote and said they could come that Tuesday. With my dad being a truck driver, they even suggested getting his truck treated, so my dad brought his tractor home and they were able to treat it at the same time of doing the house. I worked with Jeff to get rid of bed bugs duplex I own. Jeff was very professional and friendly and extremely prompt. I cannot recommend Jeff enough to get the job done. I ran into Jeff and his crew when he was exterminating bed bugs at a nearby apartment building and having struggled for three months trying to get rid of my clothing moth issue, I knew that they could be handled with the same heat treatment process. I had a Purchase Agreement on a house and knew I did not want to bring the clothing moth issue into my new house. I moved everything into my new house over two days, had boxes and junk everywhere and totally unorganized. He was completely unfazed by it and quickly hauled in his giant heaters, fans and cords, powered by the two huge diesel generators on a trailer out in the street. His cute dog is his little shadow and follows him everywhere. While my house heated to 137 degrees, we grabbed lunch and went for a nice walk by the Mississippi River. Seven hours later, my house became clothing-moth-free!!!! I have my life back and am extremely grateful. It was worth every penny.

We discovered earlier in the week that we most likely had bed bugs.  Jeff had me first send him a picture, but picture wasn't very good so he couldn't tell by that.  He came out after 7:30 pm, which was very helpful since my husband doesn't get home from work until 7:30.  He looked at what I "caught" and also the "droppings" on the box spring.  He explained the heat method, and how his method differs from a lot of other companies, even those that use heat.  He has previously worked for a pest control company for many years so and decided to go out on his own to offer a service for bed bugs that works. 

We had to wait until we had a day that would work for us to be gone so a few more days to endure the bugs!  Jeff was here on time and started his set up right away.  He has several heaters, not just a few and several fans.  Our house was heated almost 6 hours, and the temp reached over 150 degrees.  He was packed up by 6 pm, as he said he would be. 

He told us it would be messy after, since many of the items that the bugs like to hide in needed to be spread out over the floor.  So there was not surprise there.  We all came in at various points to get our clothes we were wearing zapped by the heat so prevent re-infestation.

For the stressfulness of this happening, Jeff really did help to make things smooth and as least stressful on his part as possible. 

If you have an issue with bed bugs, just have the heat treatment.  You won't be able to clear them out yourselves. 

Jeff was able to come out for a consultation the same day that I made the call.  Once bed bugs confirmed, the remediation started the next business day.  No pesticides, quick prompt action, and patience through a ton of questions.  We all felt confident that Bed Bug Guys knew what they were doing, shared the most effective course of action and would even provide a guarantee which is enormously reassuring.

The Bed Bug Guys were incredibly helpful with our bed bug infestation! He came for the inspection the day after we called him, and once he quickly confirmed we had bed bugs, he came to do the heat treatment within the next couple of days. He was efficient and professional and got the job done within the day. He was friendly and talked to us a lot and showed he had a mass of knowledge when it came to bed bugs. We haven;t experienced any bed bug problems since! Thank you Bed Bug Guys!!! 

Before going to the Bed Bug Guys my landlord tried killing the bugs with pesticides and they came back really fast. I was thoroughly disgusted and couldn't sleep due to the fear that I would get bit. The next day, I did some online hunting for a more permanent solution and found The Bed Bug Guys. I called them immediately and explained my situation. He was very informative as to why the pesticides didn't work and gave detailed information on how thermal remediation is the only permanent solution.
We worked out a time to start the thermal remediation of all my belongings. After they completed the heat treatment (thermal remediation),  the bugs never returned. The bed bug guys were very professional, friendly, and knowledgable in all areas of bed bugs. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick and permanent solution to getting rid of bed bugs and to bring back peace of mind so you can sleep at night! Everything went exactly as planned, started and ended on time.  The cost was less than others and also very timely.  Once we realized we had bed bugs, we wanted to exterminate them asap.  
No complaints whatsoever.
