Excellent job. Very responsive- the owner was at the site personally every day of the job, making sure that guys did the work correctly. While he needed to contract out for the job, he continued to tell as us that ultimately he is responsible for the final result. When we had an issue with installation (we had a complex water draining problem which needed a complex repair) he made guys return and install a gutter skirt to fix the issue. Owner was always a phone call away, and he always pecked up the phone. The gutters still work great, 2 years later, and our basement egress window no longer floods. Thanks!

Aztec appeared to be a quility roofer but over time it was apparant they were not. reported leaks in 1999, 2000, 2001,2003. each time theY 'fixed'' the leak. in 2008 receptionest indicated '"couldn't do anything because out of warrantly period on material and labor ran out" even though history showed a constant leak problem. filed a claim in 2008 with insurance company and discovered Aztec never flashed the top side of the skylite properly. the flashing was 3 inches off the roof and a bunch of roofing ahesive was used in place of the flashing, thereybe deteriating over the years and created major leaks. I have not in the past and will not advise anyone to use Aztec for roofing and also would caution on using Ceday Valley roofing also due to their LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE

THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE! THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO ROOF OR SIDE. THEY HAD DIFFERENT WORKERS COMING AND GOING EACH DAY. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS SO POOR. I WOULD TELL THEM SOMETHING WASNT LOOKING RIGHT AND THEY WOULD GET ANGRY WITH ME. I FINALLY HAD TO TELL THEM TO STOP DOING THE WORK. THEY ARE TRYING TO PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME. THEY ARE ALSO VERY OVER PRICED.
