 + -1 moreWork was excellent, precise, timely and very neat. Always checked to be sure he was meeting expectations (my husband has built homes and had very high expectations!). Willing to take on challenges and problems that arose during the project. Kept us informed. Neighbors were happy, which means he wasn't noisy, bothersome or messy!! Bonus: very honest and very likable!
Description of Work: This was a major townhome renovation project - gutting out the house and rebuilding - all new. This was a three level townhouse, three bedroom, two-bath, large living spaces. Included bath renovation, all new closets, doors, trim, paint, kitchen and much more. Got the home ready to put on the market, and now it's getting rave reviews!
