Very well, fast and clean

Nate at Anderson Air has been phenomenal to work with over the years. He was a referral from an old neighbor and has done MANY jobs for us over the years. These jobs include an air conditioner installation, whole house humidifier installation, furnace cleaning at rental properties, a basement finish and other smaller jobs. Nate does great work at a great price and always lives up to promises and expectations. He is very reliable and has always come through for us. We have referred him to many friends and neighbors who have ended up thanking us for the referral because he has treated them so well. You will not be disappointed with the service you get from Anderson Air!!

It went very well. They were very good at calling to let me know when they would arrive. They handled it with a very friendly and professional manner. They were very thorough in documenting the service call in what they did.

I think it went well. Great cost. Bedside manner was a little rough around the edges. The owner appeared to be training someone else in who was doing the work, but he was watching and checking everything the man did. The two men appeared to be a little upset with each other. But don't get me wrong, I did think they did some great work, and were nice to me. I would hire them again to do work for me.

They were very kind and efficient. They arrived and left inside of an hour. I felt very confident that they really wanted to help us, as they were focused on the most financially sound remedy for us, not on selling a new unit. You just don't find a lot of service companies like that anymore.

Purchase was made in April and the provider was contacted in early May for scheduling in June but did not respond to my email until the second attempt at contact. He then promised to get back to me in June to schedule. A reminder was went June 1 but again there was no immediate response. A follow up was sent on June 13, but again no response! Finally an email requesting a refund was sent to the vendor and Angie's List on June 14. Then the vendor immediately responded and arranged to come out June 15th. In the end, he was punctual and completed the work satisfactorily. The vendor did satisfactory work but communication is poor. He needs to work on this to improve ratings.

They were timely, professional, and seemed very thorough. They were friendly, very honest, and got the job done. Well worth what I paid, I was very impressed with them.

I called on late Friday hoping that I could get an appointment next week. He said they were working on Saturday morning and could come then and there wouldn't be a Saturday surcharge. He showed up in the morning and I think he was here around an hour or so. He cleaned the condenser coil, checked the refrigerant and charge, combed out the condenser foil fins which were bent, checked the furnace filter, blew out the condensate lines, and checked all the components to ensure correct operation. Currently, the system is operating at maximum efficiency. Before he left, he gave some advice regarding closing some vents and use of the air-to-air exchanger. He also described in detail how to clean the cover on the outside unit.
This is the second time I've used this company and I'm very happy with their work, honesty and integrity.

We played phone tag for a bit but were eventually able to get an appointment set up. I wanted them to service the furnace, air conditioner, and air to air exchanger based on the recommendations of a Center Point energy auditor. Due to the temperature outside, they said to wait until spring to have the air conditioner serviced. I did ask them if the air conditioner was the right size for our house because our neighbors had been told that theirs was too small and ours was fine. They took care of the furnace and the exchanger. The auditor said the tube from the exchanger was twice as big as it should be and to cut it off at the floor and stick it in a bucket. They explained the logic behind this to me. Also, they blocked off part of the intake outside to slow the amount of air coming in. (It has always felt like we have a door wide open in our basement during the winter and so far it hasn't felt that way). They thoroughly cleaned the exchanger and explained what i needed to do to with the filters and core, in the future. I asked about how to get the basement warmer and rather than tweak settings, etc. themselves and charge me; they gave me several recommendations and an order to try them in to get the temperature up downstairs.

Overall, i am very pleased with the company. They worked efficiently when they were here and answered all of my questions. I feel like they are an honest and knowledgeable company (father and son). Based on coupons I have seen for having furnaces serviced for winter, I think that there price was very fair. It took longer for them to work on the exchanger than the furnace. I would definitely use them again.
