Carpet Cleaning
Scott the technician was punctual and seemed very friendly and trustworthy. He examined urine stains and said he should be able to get them out including the smell. I said if they can't guarantee that the smell would be removed so dog wouldn't pee there again I didn't want to spend the extra money. He was very reassuring and told me he will inject the carpet to remove the urine stained areas and it should do the trick. If not to call back and they will send him/someone out to give another spot treatment. He said sometimes the smell and stain can reappear in couple of weeks. But they will retreat the area if we are not happy. With that reassurance I agreed to pay the huge extra fee totalling $515.46. Scott told us it was better to let the chemicals keep working on the carpet for 10 days. Called company as we could smell urine. They said we are over our 3 day guarantee which was in small print on the contract. They didn't care what Scott had told us and said he has since been fired.

Very expensive, spots came right back- not impressed. Took less than an hour- $1000 per hour????
