The staff at Ambiance Spa and Salon are very professional, personable, and really listen to your needs.  I've been there many times to get my hair cut and colored.  And for a treat, I'm going to schedule a massage. The atmosphere is soothing and friendly. They have hair, makeup, and skin care products for purchase as well as  jewelry and accessories.  I always leave feeling terrific!

I was very excited to have the and quot;Ultimate Ambiance Facialand quot; which states on their website that it is approximately 90-minute facial. I arrived 5 minutes late for my service - completely my fault. I didn't know it at the time, but I walked in the wrong door and no one was around. I stood there for a couple minutes before seeing a woman at a desk in the next room. She could see me, but didn't say anything about needing to come to her at the desk. They were fairly prompt in getting me back to the room. They gave me about 5-10 minutes to change. I had an okay facial. The esthetician was very nice and did a fine job, not bad, not spectacular. I have had other facials that were better. When I went to pay I checked the clock and noticed it had been only 70 minutes since I arrived. I asked them about the 90-minute facial that I had made an appointment for and was advertised on their website. The receptionist questioned it too and said she knew it said that on the website. They checked with the esthetician who said it's normally 75-minutes. So to break this down -- I was five minutes late (yes, my fault), 5-10 minutes to change at the beginning and 5 minutes to change at the end -- and I had only been there for a total of 70 minutes. So my 90-minute facial was actually around a 55-minute facial. The receptionist said she would call the owner and see what they could do for me, but I never heard one word from them. She also said that they would update their website. It's been 5 months. And their website still says and quot;approximately 90 minutesand quot; for this facial. I will not only never go there myself, but I will also tell everyone I know about this experience.
