About us
We are a Granite and Marble counter top fabricator and installer. We can do kitchens, bathrooms, bars, laundry rooms and more! We are a one stop shop. That means we help you choose your stone, we also fabricate your stone here at our shop and then we install your tops. We also have accounts with Cold Spring, Terrazzo and Marble, Amsum and Ash, Midwest and Stone Holdings. That means you can pick any slab from anywhere and we can help you! Our main focus is customer service and giving back to our local charities. We are a proud sponser of "Wounded Warrior Project" which helps our veterans returning home with major injuries get back on their feet. We are the most complete Granite company from begining to end. We also allow our customers to do custom "tape outs" on their slabs. This allows you to participate in the fabrication process.

Our experience with All American Granite was excellent, from sales to installation, we had great service. Everything was done quickly and just the way we wanted it. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful people to work with! From sales to installation, everyone was great. After installation we noticed a dull spot in the granite's finish. All American Granite was responsive and had someone out to inspect it the following day. They determined that the flaw was in the stone and could not be corrected. The offered to replaced the entire job without any hesitation at all. We were also offered a free upgrade to select a different stone from a higher category. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Also, the stainless steel sink they offer (to all customers) is much better quality than any we could find in the home improvement stores.

I'm not a big phone person (I'm either on it or interacting with others all day) and appreciated that Cassandra was willing to work with me over email. She was very responsive and quick to contact us when the quartz we had originally wanted was delayed. We locked on an installation date early in our conversations and the team at All American Granite met that date.
I was elated when I came home from work to see the beautiful, new, Snow White counter top. I would have no issue using All American Granite in the future.

The installation was uneventful which was a great thing. The installers were very knowledgeable and very thorough in their knowledge transfer of how to care for the granite. Also, Cassandra was very kind, friendly and helpful at the store. I liked that they asked us to come and view the tape out to ensure the design of the granite would be what we want. Also, they were much cheaper than 2 other quotes we received by approximately $5/ft.

We were a walk in to their store in Burnsville. We met with Mr. Kvale who showed us their show room, shop and quality of their work. We then went and picked out our granite at one of their warehouses. With in a week the granite was cut and delivered to our home. They had a very difficult area in the kitchen that required a single piece 'L' shape. They measured the project and on delivery if fit like a glove. we have now lived with the product for 8 months and are delighted with the granite and the quality of their work.
They do a great job and more importantly they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Excellent!

From the very start, working with Cassandra was a delight. She walked us through the different type of stones they carried and asked what we were using it for. The measurement was quick and ontime. During the measurement it was noted that our walls weren't perfectly even and that there would be a slight gap on the granite backslash that could be filled in with epoxy. The install went perfectly and we are thrilled with our master bath counter. We would definitately use All American Granite again!

We orginally hired All American Granite to help redo our kitchen. The owner, Cassandra, was very helpful in finding the granite that would work best for our kitchen Santa Cecelia. I was debating between two colors and chose the lower priced one with no pressure from her to go with the higher priced one. The install was done on time and I can barely even find the seems on the side counters. I am very pleased with the craftmanship.
I priced out the job at other stores (including the one further down in the building) and All American was either the lowest or tied for the lowest. Plus it seemed that they cared about my business rather than some of the lackadaisical sales people I encountered at the other stores.
In addition to our kitchen remodel, I was one the fence about replacing our standard formica bathroom counters with granite and undermount sinks. I didn't have a ton of money to spend on the project but I wanted something nicer. I mentioned this to Cassandra and she helped me select granite for the vanities. In order to get me a better deal on the granite, Cassandra called me when they had reminiants in from other jobs that would fit my smaller vanity projects (talk about customer service)! In total, I ended up having two installs done by the company and I couldn't be happier.
I really like to support small, local businesses and All American Granite really went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. I would unequivocally recommend checking out this business for your granite needs.

My experience began with being overcharged. This was immediately corrected. I set up an appointment for the measure. When the time came, nobody showed up. Twenty minutes after the scheduled time, I called them. They had totally forgotten about the appointment, and the guy was working in the shop. They said he'd be right over. The measure went well, but the delay almost made me late for a subsequent appointment. I later called to schedule the install. The day prior to the install date, they called and said they had a manning problem, and the install would be delayed. I understand that things happen, so I rescheduled the install for the next week. That pushed my project back by one week. The day before the install, I received two voicemails WRT the install time. There seemed to be some confusion about the time. I called to clarify the time, and expressed my concerns about the lack of organization, and my growing dissatisfaction. The install went fine, and the guys were great. The vanity turned out as advertised, and I am very satisfied with the finished product. I owed a small balance, that I tried to pay over the phone with a credit card. I called six times, over two days, and was always sent to voice mail. Since I was not going to leave credit card information on a voice mail message, I had to continue to call back. I finally got in touch with them, and paid the balance. I asked if I could get a few bucks taken off for the delays and hassles. They said they'd call me back. That was 13 days ago, they never called back.

We came across them somewhat by accident, but it was quite a fortunate one! From the very first phone call, it was clear that this company would be a pleasure to work with. You can feel good about giving them your business, supporting a local small business run by a team of honest decent people rather than an impersonal big box store. Mike and Cassandra will make you feel like they are installing the granite in their own family's kitchen. We got quotes from 2 other places, and I called around to a couple more, just to get an idea of our options. Some other places seemed to lack the motivation to get our business, didn't seem to know as much about their product, and all of them charged more than All-American. Not only did we get spectacular granite, but at a price lower than what some other places were charging for a lower grade product. My husband and I have used other companies in the past for other remodels, and All-American has been most personalized and pleasant experience of the batch.
