vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI was surprised to get a call the following morning at work telling me that the cleaner was repaired. I am also extremely pleased with the fast turn around which I did not expect. If I ever need another rug cleaner whether it is my steam cleaner or my vacuum I won't hesitate to bring it to this shop.
Description of Work: My siblings and I gave our mom a Bissell steam cleaner as part of her Mother's Day present. When we used it for the 1st time I accidentally pulled off the gasket for the filter (I thought it was just like what I had at home). I should have read the instruction manual closer before attempting to do that, because the filter on her model was not supposed to come off. That ended our rug cleaning for the day. I went on-line to Bissell to see who was authorized to work on the cleaner and found ACE and they were not far from my home. When I called his message said that he was out of town for his daughter's wedding and would reopen again on Tuesday. I dropped it off for repairs on Tuesday after work.
