It went well. They replaced my brakes and rotors.

A location to have work done was supposed to be in the Mtka area when I purchased coupon. When tried to make appt. found out location was closed and I had to drive to Burnsville to have work done. Not convenient at all.

They called me with a precise diagnosis of everything I asked them for. They also educated me on some other maintenance items my vehicle could use. They never pressured me, and explained every option available so i could take care of these items when my budget would allow me. I was so impressed with their honesty, (they even emailed pictures) I had them perform all recommendations. I thank Don for his knowledge and experience with every question i asked. Great Job!!!!

I have found it is best to call ahead to schedule an appointment, which is what I did in this case, and was able to get in during the time frame I was looking at (2 days later, on a Saturday). I've had somewhat mixed experiences with personnel (been going here for ~2.5 years now), but today the man at the desk was excellent (they are usually good, only had one occurrence where I was not fully satisfied). There is a waiting area with a TV and magazines. Beverages are also provided. During the oil change I was notified that an oil leak was found, and asked if I was interested in fixing it. An estimate was provided at that time. Every estimate I have received has been pretty much on the nose to the actual final cost of service. When I ask questions about what the service is, it is always explained to me in ways that I understand, often using props. In total I believe the service on this day took an hour and a half. I have always been satisfied with the service done here, and have never had a recurring problem after of having service performed. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to talk to you and explain anything that you may have questions about. They do not talk down to you when asking questions.

We had a groupon. We were able to schedule an appointment and get in and out within an hour, so they were very timely. They didn't pressure us to do any other services. They did what we asked. They provided recommendations but they were not pushy.

They were easy to work with, and the price is good. They were also courteous.
