2nd Wind sells high quality exercise equipment at fair prices, their sales staff is very helpful and their service dept. is unbelievable - it's the most honest and decent company I can think of. 2nd Wind sent out a highly skilled technician to service our elliptical machine. It was free because we have a service plan. The repair was done quickly and I was impressed with how professional the technician was. They replaced a major part. If all companies treated their customers like this it would be a wonderful world.

These guys blew me away again with their knowledge and customer service. Chis, the technician, arrived right on time and came prepared with 'probable' spare parts on his truck based on our model of bike and my called in description of the problem. Guess what? They had the part, and fixed it on the spot. No return trip, no ordering parts. How good is that? It's clear too that Chris has been at this a while as he made some adjustments that will prevent future problems, and went beyond the service call to make sure the seat was adjusted correctly on it's sliding track.

Aside from their quick response, this is exactly how repairs should be done. Very impressed!

We had pretty much decided on the brand and model and verified 2nd Wind carried it before going to the store, so there wasn't much selling needed to close the deal. Bob at the store was very knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure the bike was what we were thinking it would be and would meet our needs. Also, he was very helpful and flexible when it came time to select the control console as several versions, both this and last year's model were available. With a little compromise all around, we came away with a more deluxe console and a total delivered and set up price that was less than expected. Pretty close to a perfect transaction! Install and setup was right on time, and carefully coordinated in advance to meet our schedule. The installers did a great job, except there was an adjustment on the seat rail that they didn't get right, which caused it to wobble. They said they would have service get in touch with us to make it right. We took the initiative and went back to the store that night to make sure our expectations were on track. They were, and Bob showed us how to do the simple (surprised the installers didn't know about this) adjustment that I was able to perform which took care of the problem. Overall, it was a great experience from a company who clearly is on top of the customer experience. We even received a hand written note from the CEO thanking us for our business--when was the last time you got one of those!
