''SON'' DID NOT COME WHEN SCHEDULED. DID NOT FINISH WHEN PROMISED. DID SLOPPY DETAIL WORK AND DID NOT FIX UNTIL ASKED REPEATEDLY TO DO SO. THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY REQUESTS UNTIL REMINDED NUMEROUS TIME TO DO SO. THEY WERE ARGUMENTATIVE WITH OTHER TRADES IN THE HOUSE AT THE SAME TIME. ''DAD'' WAS ORGANIZED, OVERWORKED, OVERBOOKED, COMPASSIONATE AND UNDERSTANDING, BUT LEFT WORK TO BE DONE BY ''SON'' (SEE ABOVE)
