RightMark LLC is a plumbing company based out of Buffalo, MN. RightMark LLC is a Women Owned Business. I have been Married to a Plumber for 25 yrs. and still find that in order to get a job done the women needs to take that on. So I decided to start RightMark LLC to help anyone that needs to get the Honey Do lists completed.
Rightmark was a sub contractor on a complete kitchen remodel and expansion of a 1/2 bath into a laundry room. The hot/col water to the kitchen sink was reversed. The copper nailing plate to hold the two incoming hot/cold lines wasn't ever secured, so they had to tear out a large section of drywall to repair it. They feed the cold water line to the dishwasher instead of the hot line. The drain line from the laundry sink never passed inspection, and they never resolved that with the city inspector. They used PEX plastic incoming hot/cold and now we have a strong bleach type smell out of the cold for the first 30 seconds of use. We built this house in 1985, and have never had this problem. We are forced to test the water and perhaps have the PEX lines removed and done over or replaced with traditional copper. Just sloppy, unprofessional work at our home.

We had to make several calls to receive service and they have not lived up to our expectations in more ways than one. 1. Quote provided on the requested pump was not what was installed 2. Service on replacement pump was frustrating because the explanation of the faulty pump did not make sense. Hope to resolve this issue with them but would definitely get things from them in writing. We would not recommend them to others seeking sewage pump replacements.
Description of Work: Nov 2012 (installation was 12/3/12) we were quoted and paid $1,200 for a higher end ($700) sewage pump, cover, and installation. When my husband researched the pump that was installed and found out only a $400 pump was installed instead. They only agreed to return $180 even though the difference was $300?!? Then in Feb 2013 the alarm was going off and they determined that the pump just put in needed to be replaced. We were notified via a bill that we owed an additional $447 for a new pump & $270 for installation equaling $717.00. The reason was that they said feminine products were found in the pump. Upon receiving that information I requested that proof be provided. That has yet to be supplied. Only 4 females used the toilet in that 2 month time frame and none of them used tampons during their visit. I recently mailed a letter notifying RightMark that we are not agreeing to pay the bill and have requested proof of who did the inspection of the pump, when the inspection was done, and how they can prove that the pump inspected was from our home. Will be eagerly awaiting their response.
