Title Companies
I must say, I am very disappointed of their what-they-call service.
The manager, Ross, will hang up on you if the topic or conversation is not going as he planned or please, and not apologize until he covers his a** first. Come to think of it, I don't think I heard "My apology for the inconvenience" or any sort of nice apology. Oh and don't forget, they will try to put you on harassment call list if you call back. Their professionalism is nonexistent and I strongly suggest no one to use their service. I am curious, how are they in business?
I cannot believe how this simple transaction ended up with so much mess and how disappointed I am. This is a good example of bad business model; mistakes somehow ends up on the other side, and ?Minnesota Nice? that they are not upfront with the client just so they can cover their a**. Please take responsibility for once for your mistake and action; this was unacceptable.
