"You have got to be kidding me!!! This is completely false. You called in a panic wanting us to come and cut your new sod. You told me that this was a one time only cut. We agreed to the terms to do so. A very experienced crew of two team members showed up to cut the lawn, which was very long and had never been cut. During the cutting process some of the grass clippings got on the neighbors lawn, while we were still cutting. The neighbor came out and cursed at my crew members complaining about the grass clippings. My crew lead was polite to her, and started to blow the clippings off of her lawn onto your lawn right away. She then told him she was going to call the police because we were on her lawn. My crew lead called me and I called a manager. We both showed up to help our 2 person crew complete the lawn work. We filled up several bags and loaded the back of the pickup with grass clippings. The lawn looked great when we got done, considering how long the grass was. There were zero clippings on the neighbors lawn when we left. If we were so bad, then why would you call us back to keep cutting the lawn? I explained to you that I was not comfortable cutting your lawn because I was not going to subject my hard working and honest employees to your neighbors threats and behavior towards us. Again, if we did such a bad job then why would you call us back for more work? The work we agreed to was a one time only job and that was it. If we had contracted with you for further mowings from the start, I would have put you on the recurring schedule. This was a one time job. I will and have always taken responsibility if there are issues or we did not perform the work correctly. I am defending my company in this case because we did nothing wrong at all and do not deserve this negative review one bit."
"Hi [Member Name Removed]. I am sorry that this did happen. When I did receive that phone call, I made sure we were to come back to complete it correctly. The person that came back is my fertilizer supervisor and he did the entire job correctly within 1 hour of you calling our office. The tech that did not complete the work no longer works for the company. We responded right away and made it right, so I am not sure why the bad review."
