As far as the B for punctuality, well we're partly to blame, we asked 2 days before the project to switch from early in the morning, 8:30 am to after 11 am. Which caused a schedule shift. We were planning on seeing him before noon, but the other project ran long. My father being a plumber of 30+ years I completely understand how that can happen. He was on site shortly after noon.
I would hire him again.
"This is a passive aggressive review as most of it is either untrue or the first I have heard about it. I arrived late due to -20 weather and extremely poor country roads causing me to go into the ditch. I called the home owner prior to my scheduled arrive time to notify him of the situation. He was annoyed but I told him I would be 1 hour late. It is true that I drilled a 1/2" hole through the wall due to a header which was sheet rocked over from a prior remodel project. I did offer to repair. I was told that rather than repair he would prefer that I took $40 off the bill which I did. The garage attic access latter was not damaged while I was there and I am not sure where that accusation is coming from. I received one phone call expressing concern that the heater was short cycling (stat had built in 15 min cycles). I told him the problem must be with the thermostat because nothing else could be causing that. He said he would check it out and I never heard back. I believe my thousands of satisfied customers and almost 70 years in business serving the area speak for themselves. Most of my customers are either repeat or from word of mouth and I do not ask them to write me reviews. I hope one bad review will not lead others to be dissuaded from giving us an opportunity to handle your electrical needs. Thank You, Jared Loberg"
