I was called right back and had an appointment to get the windshield the very next day at my work. The glass was clean as a whistle, everything was picked up and wiped down, and my car was done in less than an hour. The tech who is also the owner is very personable. I asked about getting a glass table top for my patio furniture as well that I lost in a storm--they do that too! And his price for that is fair, its way less than my deductible so I am paying for it and I get a choice of glass.
